Believing in education and knowledge as a valuable tool to success and goal attainment, Wealth Builders REEA encourages all investors to expand their knowledge via courses and memberships in educational Associations.

 

The Beginner

Wealth Builders REEA provides a forum for meeting with other investors, bouncing ideas and offers off friends before you present the, recharging your excitement, meeting potential partners and adding to your knowledge of the market and investment techniques – all designed to help you acquire the property and financial status you’ve been hoping for. 
 

The Intermediate Investor

You will find the support necessary to continue to increase your knowledge and skills, keep abreast of new developments, meet others with similar interests and get the motivation necessary to keep on track for accomplishing your investment goals. A little investment of time will save you from costly mistakes you make along the way. 

The Old Pro

We provide an educational program that will help you keep abreast of changes in the investing arena, programs and contacts that will keep your ideas and methods fresh and help renew your excitement about real estate investing. Come exchange ideas with your peers. Instill some excitement in your friends and family when you bring them as guests. Help the beginners. You’ll wish we’d been around when you were starting! 

Meetings   

Monthly meetings are held the third (3^rd) Tuesday of each month (doors open at 6:30PM). Meetings are at The Wealth Builders Real Estate Center

Weekly meetings are held at  the Wealth Builders Real Estate Center  every Thursday at 7pm and every Tuesday in Tampa at 7 pm at the Perkins restaurant at 612 N. Dale Mabry. The weekly meetings are largely for networking and for presenting properties.

NaPHP Program Credits

National Professional Housing Provider’s designation is a National, education-based certification program designed to recognize the high level of knowledge and professionalism for the designation holder. It is sponsored and overseen by National REIA.

Experienced Professionals

Talk to professionals, including attorneys, accountants, professional property managers, service professionals and other landlords and investors who can help you with answers to any questions you may have about real estate investing. Wealth Builders provides many valuable opportunities to discuss your investment needs with other members. You will be able to pick up valuable ideas that can put $$$ in your pocket.

Periodically, we have National Speakers that are experts in their field. Also, special seminars and do-it-yourself workshops are held on a variety of subjects.

Knowledge is Power Library

Wealth Builders REEA owns an extensive library of books, tapes, and video seminars covering almost any aspect of real estate investing. These books and tape series cost anywhere from $199 to $2,500 each. Topics include financing and how to acquire and maintain your real estate empire as well as other entrepreneurial topics.
