AHS Benefits


  • Two meetings per month to discuss prospects generated by members, lessons learned, exit strategies, make offers, process counter offers and all other aspects of buying and selling houses as we do so.  Assignments for the next 15 days will be issued to each member.
  • All prospects generated will belong to the member doing so and none of the profits will be shared with other group members.
  • The first two houses will be split 50/50 of the net after any cash out is returned to the member.
  • A direct email link will be available to Wealth Builders to discuss projects while in the acquisition or liquidation stage.
  • Any member may assign any deal to another member and retain the entire assignment fee.
  • Wealth Builders will conduct luncheons to close your prospects for private lending.
  • Member or Wealth Builders may buy out the other party on any long term deals with terms mutually agreed upon by both parties.
  • Member may bring a spouse or anyone directly involved in his/her business to each meeting.  Member does not have to be present if represented by another who is fully disclosed and approved prior to meeting.  One guest only.
  • Two hour, one-on-one consulting with Wealth Builders in our office.  Member may schedule anytime after second month of active membership and prior to six months of initial registration.
  • At least one field trip per year with Wealth Builders to an event of mutual interest.  Must be an active member at the time of the trip.  Travel costs or tuition not included.
